School chess coordinators of teams which have qualified for the Australian Schools Teams Championships are requested to complete the Team Details sheet which may be downloaded by clicking HERE, and then email it to RichardGH@bigpond.com.

The Team Details sheet is an MS Word document – please complete the sections shaded in yellow.

Please note the requirement that each team must be accompanied by an adult supervisor who is either

  • a teacher or other staff member at the school; or

  • an adult who has been cleared by his/her state's child protection checks – please email evidence of child protection clearance to the above email address.

(It is assumed that teachers and other school staff members already have child protection clearance.)

The supervisor must be either present or contactable (by mobile phone) while team members are at the host school.
