ONLINE ENTRY FORM – HUNTER REGION 2025

PLEASE NOTE:  This form cannot be submitted directly.  Instead, please email it to us by carrying out the following simple steps:
   (1)  Copy the form (Ctrl-A then Ctrl-C);
   (2)  Create an email by clicking on a.wright@nswjcl.org.au
          (make sure the email is in HTML format, not plain text);
   (3)  Paste the form into the body of the email (Ctrl-V);
          (if the form is no longer in tabular format or there are no colours your email is probably
          in plain text format – go back to step (2) above);

All schools that have fielded teams in previous years should consider entering at least their strongest team in Kings (Championship) Grade.

Knights
   (Intermediate)

Rookies
   (Beginners)

Strictly for beginners. These teams must not include Year 5 or 6 students who have regularly played in this competition in previous years.
