Problem 1:
Two teams withdrew and one was absent from the second half of the draw
"TOTAL A" gives the total scores for all eligible games played.
(This includes 4 points for byes in the secpond half of the draw, but this is probably
not fair on teams who didn't get 4 points against those teams in the first half of the draw)
SO, "TOTAL B" gives the total scores excluding ALL games against the withdrawn teams.
(i.e. it ignores the results shown in RED in the cross table)
Problem 2:
As indicated by email to team organisers on 4/7/19, a player's team was DEFINED as the
team for which they played in the gala day where they played the first half of the draw.
In cases where anyone changes teams for the second half of the draw, their results do not count.
To be as fair as possible this penalty has been restricted to situations where:
a. Their "new" team is playing the same team they have already played in their original team
(Purple backbround indicates loss of points; pale yellow background indicates gain)
b. Their "new" team is playing their original team
     (Orange background)
These points explain why rounds 6-9 appear to have a lower number of games played.
