Advanced Training Squad

The NSWJCL provides top quality coaching for advanced players who are keen to improve. One of our main aims is to introduce quality coaching to talented newer, younger players who will gain most benefit from it.

A new program started in 2023 after a lapse during the Covid years and has continued in 2024. Coaching is in weekly Zoom sessions conducted in term time by GM Ian Rogers. Participation is by invitation and is restricted to the highest rated players. We hope to extend the program in the future to include more players.
