Program:
• Introduction to the NSW Junior Chess League;
• Learn/improve chess skills;
• Learn to use a chess clock;
• Mini tournament (with prizes);
Eligibility: Participants must be girls under 18 on the day.

Meeting Room, North Ryde Community Centre, 201 Coxs Road, North Ryde (between
Lane Cove Road and Wicks Road). See

(The Meeting Room is underneath the main hall, via the pathway to the right of the building.)
• By train: 1.3km (16 minutes' walk) from Macquarie Park Railway Station [use East exit from station, turn left at top of escalators and proceed south-west along Lane Cove Road, turn left into Coxs Road].

• By car: park in Coxs Road or in carpark opposite (limited time parking) or in nearby streets.

Lunch and Refreshments: Please bring your own as there will be no canteen (although there are shops nearby)
Fees: $20 (this includes Introductory Membership of the NSW Junior Chess League for players not already members)
Entry Deadline: Please book at least three days beforehand (Thursday 21 September) to help us prepare for the day.

It is important that you include a transaction description with the payment to enable us to identify it – we suggest that this be the player's name (surname and given name or initials).
